The Feel It Process

The Feel It process or Feel It is one of the key tools that I use and teach to my clients. It will help you change how you feel about things, in particular about the things that trigger you day to day.

If you work with Feel It persistently and for long enough, it will ultimately help you change how you feel about yourself.

It does this typically in a matter of minutes, although changing the bigger stuff or put differently our deepest patterns can require repeated and focused effort over longer periods of time.

Feel It, for example, can help you change from feeling:

  • Sad to happy.
  • Poor to rich.
  • It can even help you change from feeling ugly to feeling great about yourself.

You should only do Feel It when it is safe to do so. We do not, for example, recommend doing the Feel It process whilst driving, whilst using machinery or where your concentration is required.
