The Feel It Process

The Feel It process or Feel It is one of the key tools that I use and teach to my clients. It will help you change how you feel about anything that is triggering you day to day and ultimately about how you feel about yourself.

It does this typically in a matter of minutes, although changing the bigger stuff or put differently our deepest patterns can require repeated and focused effort over longer periods of time.

Feel It, for example, can help you change from feeling:

  • Sad to happy.
  • Poor to rich.
  • It can even help you change from feeling ugly to feeling great about yourself.

In fact, you can use it to change how you feel about any issue that is happening in your day to day life and ultimately if you proactively apply this process for long enough you can change how you feel about yourself and about your whole life.

The Feel It process involves being present with and allowing yourself to fully feel negative emotions until they dissolve. You can apply this technique at any time, wherever you are, if it is safe to do so.

We do not, for example, recommend doing it whilst driving, whilst using machinery or where your concentration is required.
