About the Group Coaching Programme

How is this different from 121 coaching with you?

The methodology is the same, The Hero Process, but the experience is different. In a group, you have the added dimension of other people doing the same work. You’ll hear yourself in others, be held accountable by the group, and often find your own breakthroughs accelerated by watching someone else have theirs. 121 coaching is more private and entirely focused on you, some clients do both.

How many people will be in the group?

Strictly 10 maximum. This keeps the group intimate enough for everyone to get real time and attention in each session, while bringing in enough perspectives to make the group dynamic work.

What is The Hero Process?

The Hero Process is the framework I’ve developed over 10+ years of coaching. It’s so-called because it’ll help you become the hero of your own life, empowered, feeling great and getting what you want.

It combines clarity work (getting clear on what you want and why), inner work (identifying and changing the often unconscious deep root causes, beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck), plus practical action. It creates lasting change, not short-term motivation, and it’ll give you a set of tools that’ll support you in doing so for the rest of your life.

What does a session look like?

Each session is 90-120 minutes long via video call. I keep the time flexible to ensure everyone gets what they need, which helps a lot in a group setting. We work through content together, do group exercises, and there is real coaching time, either in the group or in smaller breakouts. You’ll have access to recordings of every session.

Practical Details

When does the next group intake start?

Dates are confirmed once we have the founding group in place. Register your interest below and once we have the first five expressions of interest, you’ll be the first to know, you’ll lock in the founding member rate at that point and we’ll endeavour to find times and a start date that works for all.

Is it online? Can I join from outside the UK?

Yes, group coaching is entirely online via video. I work with clients across the UK, US, Europe and worldwide. Time zones are considered when scheduling, mention it when you register if you’re in a significantly different zone.

Is what’s said in the group confidential?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is a condition of joining. Every member commits to keeping what’s shared within the group strictly private. This is non-negotiable and everyone will sign an NDA statement as part of the terms and conditions.

Can I do this alongside 121 coaching?

Yes, some clients combine group coaching sessions with occasional 121 sessions or sometimes even the full 121 life coaching programme.

This can be great to help you move through things faster and for additional personal growth. Mention it when we speak and we can talk through what makes sense for you.

How do I get the founding member price?

The first 5 people who register their interest will be offered the reduced founding member rate after the fifth person registers. If all five don’t move forward, the deal will be offered to the next sign-ups until the first 5 founding members are confirmed.

If you’d prefer to then wait for the next group coaching programme to get that reduced price offer, you’re welcome to join the wait list for that at that time.
