Getting what you want is a game of Reverse Jenga’

Between where you are now and what you want, there are a series of blocks to clear and actions to take.

Work through all your blocks and you’ll get what you want or perhaps something even better 🎯👍

It often then comes with ease, miraculously even ✨

It really is that simple but it’s truly understood by only a handful of people and not many believe it’s even possible.

The funny thing is if that’s your belief then you’re right because your beliefs are one of the key things that create your reality.

Change that belief then it becomes possible. The placebo effect is a great pointer to the truth of this.

In fact, beliefs sit at the top of this basic list of the things that might be blocking you:

– unsupportive beliefs
– fears
– doubts
– lack of trust
– insecurities
– family patterns
– ancestral trauma
– past trauma
– staying small to honour a parent / your parents

I could’ve written a longer list but this covers most of the key ones.

I did however purposely leave out several types of block that some people might find hard to accept off the bat.

And yet they might just be the golden pin, the Jenga block that sends the tower crashing down so they too have to be considered and worked through.

I think of this process as ‘Reverse Jenga’.

Your job is to keep removing one block at a time until eventually the whole edifice you’ve unconsciously constructed to stop you having what you want falls down.
