Why meditation? For those interested in coaching but new to meditation it may well seem a little out there. Don't worry I used to think the same.

I've found over years of working on myself and with many clients that meditation is the best way to get still, to find more calm, and to develop and hear your intuition. It leaves me and my clients feeling better and with greater clarity to make the right choices.

Given the chance and some basic tuition around it you'll be glad you gave meditation a go and likely won't look back.
