1. About me
This site is run by Adam Tallamy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10918161), registered office Baytree Cottage, Rookery Park Golf Club, Beccles Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR33 8HJ, England. Contact: adam@adamtallamy.com.
2. Coaching is covered by separate terms
These terms cover your use of the website only. If you book a session or a programme, our work together is covered by my terms of business, which I send you before you start. Booking a free discovery call does not commit you to anything.
3. Information on this site
Everything on this site, including articles, videos, podcasts, meditations and downloads, is general information about coaching and personal development. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Life coaching is not therapy. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to your doctor or a qualified therapist. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services: in the UK, call 999 or the Samaritans on 116 123; in the US, call or text 988.
Client stories and reviews on this site are real and shared with permission. They show what those clients experienced. Everyone is different, and I cannot promise any particular result, or how long it will take.
I do my best to keep the site accurate and up to date, but I cannot promise it is always complete, correct or available without interruption.
4. Using the site
You may read, watch, listen and download free resources for your own personal use. Please do not:
- copy, sell or republish my content without my written permission (sharing a link is always welcome);
- use the site for anything unlawful, or try to damage, hack or overload it;
- send me anything that is offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.

All text, videos, audio, images, the names The Hero Process and The Feel It Process, and the design of this site belong to Adam Tallamy Ltd or are used with permission. All rights are reserved.
6. Links to other websites
The site links to other sites, such as YouTube, Spotify, Amazon, TidyCal and Google. I am not responsible for their content or how they use your information. Please read their own terms and privacy policies.
7. My responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits my responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. It also does not affect your legal rights as a consumer in the country where you live.
Otherwise, the site is provided free and “as is”, and I am not responsible for any loss that comes from using it or relying on its content, as far as the law allows.

9. Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
10. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where your law allows it.
